Product Description

Zibo Decent Machinery Co., Ltd (Huge Wind), as a professional tunnel ventilation expert, always sticks to the principle of making tunnel excavation safer and more comfortable. Till now, we have served customers from more than 130 countries and provided fresh air and security for 150+ mine/tunnel projects.

One of our strategic partners is VALE S.A., which was established in Brazil, as the largest mining company in Brazil. mainly in the field of mining area. 

We received an email from VALE in 2013, wanting to purchase tunnel ventilators and air ducts for their new project. After telephone communication, we learned that the tunnel is relatively short, only 500 meters, and the diameter of the tunnel is narrow. We designed VME-5 compact tunnel fan for them. On the premise of meeting the air supply distance of 500 meters, it can be matched with a minimum 300mm air duct to meet the ventilation requirements. After only three days of communication, VALE Brazil was impressed by our positive work attitude and professional design and placed an order for 2 sets of VME-5 fans and 500 meters of 300mm diameter PVC ventilation pipes.

In mid-2015, after several years of use, VALE Brazil was so satisfied with our products and invited us to join their supplier management system. Soon we received an inquiry from VALE Mozambique.

The Mozambique branch of VALE found us and urgently needed us to design a 2000-meter fan for their new tunnel project. Due to the lack of necessary parameters, we designed a VME-12 fan for them through scientific calculations.

VME-12 counter-rotating jet fan, can not only meet the air supply distance of 2000 meters but also can be matched with at least 500mm air duct to maximize the reserved space for tunnel construction. And taking into account the local noise requirements on the site, we have specially made ultra-low noise treatment, using a 1.5mm orifice plate inside the fan, lined with 100mm sound insulation cotton and sound insulation plate, to ensure that the noise is lower than 75dB (A).

Since 2020, VALE Mozambique has purchased 30 sets of VME-12 coal mine ventilation fans.
