Ø Single Unit Dust Collector Series

This single-unit dust collector is a dry-type dust removal device. The structure of this series includes a direct-drive fan, filter, motor, cleaning device, and dust collection box. The product features a scientific structure, aesthetically pleasing appearance, reliable operation, convenient use, and flexible operation.

Ø Features:

• Fully enclosed fan
• High-efficiency direct-drive centrifugal fan, including exhaust fan, motor, air outlet duct, and belt drive system.
• Good sealing performance, compact structure, small footprint, attractive design, and strong practicality.
• Removable filter bags with insert gaskets.
• Vibration cleaning mechanism for filter bags, including a swing motor, connecting rod mechanism, and swing shaft.
• Easy-to-operate dust collection box, facilitating cleaning and dust disposal.
• The product is available in three models: A, B, and J, with a full range of specifications.
  • Type A: Equipped with a dust collection box.
  • Type B: No dust collection box, directly connected to silos, hoppers, belt conveyors, and other equipment.
  • Type J: Based on Type B, with an additional hopper and support frame.
